Mine blast kills 3 civilians in Rajouri

A mine blast killed three people in Nowshera, Rajouri area of Jammu division on Saturday morning.

Reportedly, four laborers were fatally wounded when an unidentified vintage mine accidentally exploded in the area.

Police said that the accident occurred when the laborers inadvertently lifted an unexploded old vintage mine.

All the four people were shifted to a hospital in serious condition where three of them succumbed to their injuries. Police identified the dead laborers as Ramni Prasad (42),  Moni Darshan (38) and Vijay Kumar (26). The injured laborer Amit Kumar, a resident of Raebareli, according to the police, is out of danger.
