JK police arrests sixteen year-old-boy, after court grants bail

Sixteen year old, Danish, was arrested on November 19, 2012, by the Jammu and Kashmir police on charges of stone throwing.  A district court had issued remand term for two days. On November 26, he was produced in the court and got bail from district sessions court. Immediately after his release, the police arrested him again in another case filed at Kral Khud police station and was taken away.

While crying, minor Danish alleged that he was beaten up by the cops and was forced to accept the charges leveled on him. He also complained of being harassed inside the police custody. He has developed cardiac problems now. After the Police vehicles left, taking him along. His mother arrived and she has to leave him while police took him away.
